Cancellation Policy
NZ Visa Application and Sponsorship Application Assistance Services Our visa application assistance services are limited to helping you complete immigration forms, gather necessary documentation, and submit online applications. We do not guarantee the approval of any visa application, or your migration journey. You acknowledge and agree that any information, advice, material or work provided by us as part of the Services does not constitute legal, financial or immigration advice. You must book your second and final Booking within 60 days from the date of your first Booking. Failure to book within this timeframe will not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid. Cancellation: If you cancel your Booking at least 72 hours before your first scheduled session, you will be entitled to a full refund of fees paid. If you cancel your Booking within 72 hours of your first scheduled session, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total fee will be charged, and the remainder will be refunded. Termination After First Session: If you decide to cancel or terminate this agreement after the first Booking has been completed, 50% of the total fee will be charged as a termination fee, and the remainder will be refunded. All refunds under this policy are subject to our discretion and will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
