Cancellation Policy
CV Assistance and CV Review Services While we aim to enhance your CV to increase your chances of securing interviews, we do not guarantee that you will obtain employment or receive job offers as a result of using our Services. Job acquisition depends on various factors beyond our control. Cancellation: If you cancel your Booking at least 72 hours before your first scheduled session, you will be entitled to a full refund of the fees paid. If you cancel your Booking within 72 hours of your first scheduled session, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total fee will be charged, and the remainder will be refunded. All refunds under this policy are subject to our discretion and will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
